Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package by completing this Damaged/Defective Item Form.


To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The damaged product must be documented and returned (if required).

  • Wine accessories will only be exchanged for the same type of item purchased (color may vary).

  • Incorrect items must also be reported within 24 hours.
