Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package by completing this Damaged/Defective Item Form.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
The damaged product must be documented and returned (if required).
Wine accessories will only be exchanged for the same type of item purchased (color may vary).
Incorrect items must also be reported within 24 hours.
