Processing & Delivery Times

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing.

Once processed, packages are typically delivered within 5–7 business days via standard shipping carriers.

Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales, or inclement weather.
Secure Packaging
We package all products—especially wine bottles and glassware—with high-quality padding and secure materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MD Wine Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package by completing the Damaged/Defective Item Form at the bottom of our website.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

The damaged product must be documented and returned (if required).

Wine accessories will only be exchanged for the same type of item purchased (color may vary).

Incorrect items must also be reported within 48 hours.
